Customer Authorization

1. Purpose and affirmative authorization

This page describes the limited authorization a customer may give to Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ. It is not a power of attorney. Reading this page does not grant authorization. Authorization must be recorded through an affirmative acceptance, signed document, or another valid authorization process identifying the customer and the requested scope. A general website inquiry does not authorize every activity listed here.

2. Documents you submit

By affirmatively authorizing document review, you authorize Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ to receive, store, organize, read, summarize, and compare the documents you submit for the identified request. You confirm that you are entitled to provide them. Processing may include authorized staff, contractors, specialists, and technology providers described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Research and informational analysis

Within the scope you authorize, Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ may conduct factual research, compare the submitted documents with available information, organize dates and events, identify missing records or factual inconsistencies, and prepare an informational summary or questions for review. AI or automated tools may assist these tasks and outputs may require human review. This permission does not authorize legal advice or regulated professional services.

4. Solar-company and installer communications

You may separately authorize Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ to communicate with the solar companies and installers identified in your authorization about the identified property, agreement, and issue. Permitted communications may include requesting account-related documents, asking factual questions, requesting a written response, and relaying communications you approve. The recipient may require its own authorization or identity verification.

5. Lender and financing-company communications

You may separately authorize Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ to contact the lenders, financing companies, or servicers identified in your authorization to request relevant agreements, statements, transaction records, notices, and factual explanations. This does not authorize access to unrelated accounts, credit applications, borrowing, payment changes, settlement, or cancellation of a financing obligation.

6. Information requests and sharing limits

Only documents and information reasonably relevant to the identified evaluation or agreed service may be requested or shared by Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ under your authorization. The authorization should identify the customer, property or agreement, authorized recipients, permitted tasks, and its duration or ending event. Copies of relevant authorization records may be provided to a recipient when necessary to verify permission. Additional authorization will be needed when required by the recipient or applicable law.

7. No legal authority or attorney-client relationship

Authorizing Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ does not create an attorney-client relationship, legal representation, or attorney-client privilege. It does not permit Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ to provide legal advice, act as your attorney, or make legal decisions for you.

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ cannot legally bind a customer, sign agreements or legal documents for a customer, waive a customer’s rights, accept or reject a settlement, settle claims, make legal decisions, appear in court, or act as the customer’s attorney. No website submission, service purchase, or communications authorization grants that authority.

8. Duration and withdrawal

The duration is the period stated in your accepted authorization, or, if no period is stated, the time reasonably needed to complete the specifically authorized request. You may revoke or narrow authorization prospectively by contacting Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ at support@solarexitiq.com or (302) 309-8256. Revocation does not undo an action already taken in reliance on valid authorization, require destruction of records that must be retained, or automatically cancel a separately accepted paid agreement. Notify relevant outside recipients as well when their own authorization is on file.

9. Marketing is a separate optional choice

Permission to review documents, conduct research, request information, or contact outside companies does not authorize promotional calls or texts from Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ. Marketing requires a separate optional authorization. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and marketing consent can be withdrawn independently.

10. Independent decisions and contact

You remain responsible for deciding whether to sign an agreement, accept a proposal, make payments, pursue a legal remedy, or retain an attorney. No outcome is guaranteed and no deadline is paused by this authorization.
