Solar EXIT IQ vs. Traditional Solar Exit Options

These are service models, not universal competitor ratings. Packages, staff roles and delivery methods differ. A downloadable kit, attorney intake and a continuing case workspace are different purchases.

SolarPanelScams.com and SCRC

SolarPanelScams.com describes structured facts and attorney eligibility review. Solar Cancellation Resource Center describes collecting documents and coordinating with Consumer Advocacy Law Group. Neither intake alone creates an attorney-client relationship.

Document-product examples

SolarExitDIY and PostalForm

SolarExitDIY publicly advertises document kits, customizable letters and package-specific follow-up email support. PostalForm describes a guided solar notice packet with PDF review and mailing. These examples show why document products should not all be treated as static templates or homeowner-only mailing.

Primary provider pages reviewed October 14, 2026. Descriptions are self-advertised offerings, not independent outcome verification. Recheck current terms before purchasing.

The value is in the workflow

A template starts a letter. Software helps organize the work around it.

A free template may be enough for a simple factual request when you know the recipient, requirements and supporting records. You still need to check every detail.

Guided DIY adds structure: case information can fill reviewed correspondence, saved versions stay with the agreement, and you record what you actually sent and received. A generated PDF is not proof of mailing or cancellation.

Know the terms before you enroll

Guided DIY service terms

A structured homeowner workspace with clear responsibilities, access periods and purchase terms.

12 months of technical support

Technical/navigation support runs for 12 calendar months from activation. Get help with platform use, uploads, letter tools and printing. Legal advice, negotiation and case fulfillment are not included.

24 months of portal access

Access runs for 24 calendar months from activation for one licensed homeowner/household and one assigned solar agreement per purchase. Export important records before access ends.

Purchase and access delivery

The purchase is non-refundable after purchase, except as required by applicable law. Your private agreement and invoice disclose your fee. Access instructions are emailed within 24 hours after both signing and verified payment; instructions may provide limited onboarding access until all required checks pass.

Required secure onboarding

Upload the front and back of your photo ID and your assigned solar agreement, sign the DIY agreement, complete verified payment, then open, read and affirmatively accept the DIY Terms & Conditions at the final step. Staff identity and case verification are required before full access.

These disclosures summarize the program. Your customer-specific signed agreement controls the purchased scope and private fee, subject to mandatory legal rights. Marketing consent remains optional and separate from purchase, onboarding and service emails. Questions about choosing your level of help

What must I complete before full DIY access?

Access requests are open. Before full workspace access, upload photo ID and the assigned solar agreement, sign your customer-specific DIY agreement, complete verified payment, and read and affirmatively accept the DIY terms. Staff must verify identity and case setup. Submitting an access request alone does not activate a license.

What does Guided DIY add to free information?

A case workspace, structured stages, organized documents, prefilled printable correspondence and correspondence records. These tools become available after required onboarding and staff verification. You still check requirements, make decisions and send your own letters.

Who prints, signs and sends my letters?

You do. Review every draft and recipient, print and sign it, send it by the appropriate method and retain proof. Solar EXIT IQ Guided DIY does not mail letters, negotiate or fulfill your case.

How long do access and technical support last?

The program provides 24 months of portal access and 12 months of technical/navigation support from activation. Technical support concerns platform use, not legal advice or case management. Confirm dates in your approved enrollment terms and export important records before access ends.

Can I use one purchase for several solar agreements?

No. One purchase covers the licensed homeowner/household and one assigned solar agreement. Ask about a separate arrangement if you have more than one agreement; do not assume an installation agreement and separate loan share one license.

Does Full Support include a lawyer?

Solar EXIT IQ is not a law firm. Full Support is administrative assistance within your signed scope and authorization. Legal advice or representation requires a separate engagement with a licensed attorney.

Does a letter or portal completion cancel my contract?

No. A completed stage records your work; a letter records your communication. Neither proves an agreement, debt or filing has ended. Review the actual written response and obtain qualified advice when legal effect is uncertain.

Should I stop making payments while I explore an exit?

Do not change payments based on this page, a template or a software stage. Payment obligations and default risks require separate review. Seek qualified advice about your specific agreement before making that decision.

Educational information, not legal advice. Solar EXIT IQ provides homeowner assistance and document preparation, not legal representation. Your agreements, facts and applicable law control; outcomes are not guaranteed.
