Solar Contract Review
What the review should cover
Identify every party and document; the agreement type and term; payment schedule and escalators; equipment ownership; cancellation and dispute provisions; performance, service and roof duties; transfer, payoff and end-of-term provisions; and any security-interest or filing language.
What to submit
Provide complete readable copies rather than selected pages. Include proposals, financing disclosures, amendments, e-sign records, bills, production, service history, sales communications and a dated summary. Redact Social Security numbers, full bank or card numbers and unrelated sensitive data.
Questions to answer first
What result are you seeking? Is work installed and operating? Are payments current? Is a sale, collection, foreclosure or other deadline approaching? Have you sent written notice? Clear answers help distinguish urgency from background concerns.
What an initial review can and cannot do
Solar EXIT IQ can organize your information and assess whether follow-up may be appropriate. It does not guarantee acceptance or an outcome, and it is not legal, tax, credit, engineering or financial advice. Independent licensed professionals may be needed.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the entire contract?
Yes, if available. Definitions, attachments and later amendments can change the meaning of a single page.
Can I submit documents through the qualification form?
The current form collects structured facts but does not request uploads. Do not place sensitive account data in free-text fields; follow-up can address document handling.
Is this a legal contract review?
No. Solar EXIT IQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation.
What happens after I submit?
The information is stored for review. A submission does not mean the matter is accepted or that a particular option is available.
