How It Works
1. Gather what you know
Have the agreement type, provider names, approximate payment and balance, system status, utility and production information, sales concerns and deadlines available. Exact figures help, but reasonable estimates can start the assessment.
2. Complete the secure assessment
The form uses nonce protection, a honeypot, timing validation and rate limiting. It asks for consent before submission. Do not enter Social Security numbers, full financial account or card numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.
3. Initial review
Your answers are stored for the review team. Submission is free and creates no obligation. It does not create an attorney-client relationship or mean your matter is accepted.
4. Follow-up when appropriate
If follow-up is appropriate, the team may request context or discuss information and available resources. Eligibility and options depend on the agreement, provider, financing structure, facts, location and applicable law.
