1. Scope and electronic acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern use of solarexitiq.com and its informational intake features provided by Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ. By affirmatively accepting these Terms, or using the website after receiving reasonable notice of them to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to these Terms electronically. If you do not agree, discontinue website use. Where a transaction requires affirmative consent or a signature, browsing alone is not that consent or signature. You may save or print these Terms.

Website use does not purchase a paid service, authorize outside-company communications, or create an attorney-client relationship. A separately accepted service agreement and Service Order govern a paid engagement.

The specific services and deliverables for a paid engagement must be described in its separately accepted Service Order. A request or submission does not mean a matter has been accepted.

3. Contract analysis and professional limitations

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or an attorney-client relationship. Reviewing, explaining, or comparing contract wording is limited to informational and factual assistance, not advice about enforceability, legal rights, legal remedies, litigation strategy, or what legal action you should take. A disclaimer does not authorize Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ to perform services that require a professional license.

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ does not provide financial, tax, investment, accounting, credit-repair, engineering, title, or similar regulated professional advice. Obtain advice from an appropriately licensed independent professional about those matters.

4. AI-assisted work and third-party information

5. Customer submissions and responsibilities

7. Independent professionals

Those professionals are not retained by you merely because you submit a request to Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ. You choose whether to engage them under their own terms, fees, licensing responsibilities, and professional duties.

Decisions by solar providers, installers, lenders, financing companies, servicers, agencies, courts, and independent professionals are outside the control of Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ.

9. Calls, texts, and marketing choices

Your service-request consent permits Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ to contact you about your request through authorized channels, including calls or texts using automated technology where applicable and permitted. Optional marketing consent is separate. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. They do not replace a separately signed service agreement or Customer Authorization. A separately accepted agreement controls its specific subject matter; mandatory legal rights always remain.

Changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice and any consent required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing signed service agreement without the required agreement of the parties.
