Solar EXIT IQ Service Agreement

1. Parties, signing, and effective date

This Service Agreement is between the client identified in the signed agreement and Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ. The client-specific signed agreement must identify the client, the solar agreement involved, the agreed services, the exact service fee, and the payment terms. Any attached Service Order forms part of that signed agreement.

The Effective Date is the date the client signs the Service Agreement, as recorded with the client’s signature. The 18-month refund period starts on that date, not on the payment date, document-delivery date, or the date work begins. Viewing this page or submitting a free assessment request does not sign an agreement or authorize payment.

2. Service Scope

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ provides solar agreement review, analysis of available exit or cancellation options, and administrative/advocacy assistance in carrying out appropriate tasks intended to help homeowners seek cancellation, termination, resolution, or other relief regarding an unwanted solar agreement.

Services may vary depending on the homeowner’s contract and circumstances. The client’s signed Service Agreement identifies the services to be provided. These may include organizing and reviewing documents, factual research and analysis, preparing summaries and correspondence, requesting information, and assisting with authorized communications and administrative tasks.

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ does not guarantee that a solar provider, lender, installer, or other third party will approve a cancellation or any specific outcome. The 18-Month Refund provision below is a commitment concerning service fees paid to Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ; it is not a guarantee of a third-party decision.

3. Pricing

Pricing is determined individually based on the client’s solar agreement, circumstances, and the scope of services required. The exact service fee must be disclosed in the client’s signed Service Agreement before Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ collects payment.

4. Payment

Payment is due after the client signs the Solar EXIT IQ Service Agreement, according to the payment terms shown in that agreement. Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ will not collect payment before the client signs the agreement containing the exact service fee and payment terms.

5. 3-Day Cancellation

Clients may cancel the Solar EXIT IQ Service Agreement within 3 calendar days of signing by providing written notice. The signing date is day zero; notice may be sent through 11:59 p.m. on the third calendar day after signing, using the client’s local time. Calendar days include weekends and holidays.

Send written cancellation notice to Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ at support@solarexitiq.com, or use another written-notice contact stated in the client’s signed agreement. A simple statement that the client wishes to cancel is sufficient; no special form or wording is required. Email notice is effective when sent, and cancellation does not depend on receiving an acknowledgment.

If properly canceled within that 3-day period, the client is eligible for an 80% refund of amounts paid. If applicable law provides a longer cancellation period, a full refund, or other greater rights, those rights apply instead of any less favorable term in this provision.

6. 18-Month Refund

If Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ is unable to achieve a final resolution that terminates, cancels, rescinds, settles, or otherwise releases the client from the solar agreement obligations identified in the signed Service Agreement within 18 months from the Effective Date, the client is eligible for a full refund of the service fees paid to Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ, subject to the client having reasonably cooperated with the process and provided requested information and documents.

The Effective Date is the date the client signs the Service Agreement, as recorded with the client’s signature. The 18-month period runs from that date and is not restarted or extended by later payment, document delivery, or the start of work.

If no final resolution as described above has been achieved by the end of that period, the client may request the refund in writing by emailing support@solarexitiq.com or using another written-notice contact stated in the signed agreement. The message should identify the client and the agreement and state that the client is requesting the 18-month refund. Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ will review the request against the agreement, payment records, and service history, confirm the refund determination in writing, and arrange payment of the full eligible refund. Any request for clarification will be limited to information reasonably needed to identify the agreement or assess the stated cooperation and document requirements.

The 18-Month Refund applies to service fees paid directly to Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ. Any separately disclosed third-party costs or pass-through expenses are governed by the specific terms stated in the client’s signed Service Agreement.

The no-guarantee language elsewhere in this agreement or on the website does not reduce this refund commitment. This agreement adds no refund-request deadline, processing fee, or additional refund exclusion.

7. Client cooperation and documents

The client must reasonably cooperate with Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ, provide requested information and documents relevant to the solar matter, respond to reasonable questions, and tell Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ about material changes or communications from the solar provider, installer, lender, or other involved parties.

Reasonable cooperation includes timely providing requested contracts, account records, correspondence, identification, authorizations, and other documents reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services; responding to material requests for information; and signing documents or authorizations reasonably necessary to pursue the client’s matter.

Relevant documents may include the signed solar agreement and amendments, financing documents, bills, notices, proposals, correspondence, performance records, and a factual timeline. Information should be accurate to the best of the client’s knowledge, and the client should submit only records the client is authorized to share. If a requested document is unavailable or a request is unclear, the client should explain the issue so that reasonable alternatives can be discussed. Missing information may affect the work that can be performed; it does not restart or extend the 18-month period.

8. Authorized communications and client decisions

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ may request relevant records, make factual inquiries, relay client-approved correspondence, and assist with administrative communications with solar companies, installers, lenders, financing companies, or other professionals within the client’s authorization and agreed service scope. The Customer Authorization and any recipient-specific permission govern who may be contacted and what may be disclosed.

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ cannot legally bind a customer, sign agreements or legal documents for a customer, waive a customer’s rights, accept or reject a settlement, settle claims, make legal decisions, appear in court, or act as the customer’s attorney. No website submission, service purchase, or communications authorization grants that authority.

The client decides whether to sign documents, accept a proposal, or pursue a legal remedy. This agreement does not itself suspend payments owed under a solar or financing agreement or extend a legal, contractual, or filing deadline.

9. Professional limitations and independent attorneys

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Its review, analysis, and advocacy are informational and administrative. Legal advice or legal representation, if needed, must be separately provided by a licensed attorney under a separate attorney-client engagement; it is not provided by Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ under this agreement.

Signing this agreement does not create an attorney-client relationship with Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ. Financial, tax, investment, and other regulated professional advice are not provided under this agreement.

10. Privacy, AI-assisted processing, and communications preferences

Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ handles submitted information as described in the Privacy Policy. AI or automated tools may assist with organization, summaries, comparison, research, or analysis. Outputs may require human review and are not legal opinions or guaranteed conclusions.

Information sharing and outside-company communications remain subject to the Customer Authorization and applicable permissions. Service communications and optional marketing texts are governed by the SMS / Text Terms. Marketing consent is separate and optional and is not a condition of purchase.

11. Written notices and refund procedure

Written notices, cancellation requests, and refund requests should be sent to Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ at support@solarexitiq.com, or to another written-notice contact stated in the client’s signed agreement. Email is an accepted written method. Include the client’s name and enough information to identify the agreement; the signing date or agreement number is helpful if available. No special form is required.

For a timely 3-day cancellation, the written cancellation notice is sufficient to request the associated refund; a second request is not required. For an 18-month refund, state that the request concerns the 18-month refund provision. Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ will confirm the request and refund status in writing and coordinate the refund payment with the client. Keep a copy of the notice for your records.

Approved refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days after the refund determination is completed, using the original payment method when reasonably available or another mutually agreed payment method.

The client may contact the support number below for help, but written notice should be used to record cancellation or a refund request. Any additional notice methods or protections required by applicable law remain available.

12. Governing terms and disputes

Florida law governs this agreement, subject to applicable federal law and nonwaivable consumer protections where the client lives. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue. The client may contact the business to seek an informal resolution, but doing so does not impose a waiting period or prevent a regulatory complaint or court action.

The Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Customer Authorization, and SMS / Text Terms apply to their respective subjects. For the purchased services, payment, cancellation, and service-fee refunds, the signed Service Agreement controls over conflicting general website language. No general disclaimer limits the express refund commitments in this agreement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

13. Agreement records and changes

The signed Service Agreement, including any attached Service Order identifying the client-specific scope, exact fee, and payment terms, records the purchased services. The client should receive and keep a copy. A later website update does not change an already signed agreement; changes to the engagement require the client’s agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
