Elohim Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Solar EXIT IQ, is based in Orlando, Florida and serves homeowners nationwide. References to Solar EXIT IQ identify that DBA of Elohim Marketing LLC.

1. Service messages
When you consent to request-related communications, Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ may send texts about your existing inquiry, assessment, appointment, requested documents, missing or unreadable information, case updates, or other service communications. Providing a number for a service request does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional texts.
2. Separate optional marketing messages
Marketing texts from Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ may include promotional information, service offers, and invitations unrelated to fulfilling a current request. Marketing authorization is separate and optional. Declining or withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent you from requesting an assessment or purchasing an available service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Automated technology, frequency, and charges
Where applicable and permitted by your consent and law, calls or texts from Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ may use automated technology, including automated dialing or message delivery. Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, document needs, responses, and any separately selected marketing program. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. STOP and other ways to withdraw consent
Reply STOP to a text from Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ to opt out of SMS messages from that sender. A reasonable request clearly stating that you want texts or calls to stop will also be treated as a withdrawal request; you do not have to use a particular phrase. A single nonmarketing confirmation may be sent where permitted.

Identify the affected number and the communications you want to stop. Requests will be honored as required by applicable law; changing an analytics-cookie preference does not withdraw SMS consent.
Opting out of texts does not cancel a service agreement or change a payment obligation. Contact Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ to arrange another permitted channel for necessary service communications.

6. Your number and privacy
Provide a number you control and are authorized to use. Tell Elohim Marketing LLC d/b/a Solar EXIT IQ if the number changes or is reassigned. Do not text passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or complete financial account numbers. The Privacy Policy describes how contact information, consent, and communications are handled.
7. Updates and contact
