UNDERSTAND WHAT MAY MATTER

A starting point for solar agreement problems.

Solar EXIT IQ is a solar contract review and resolution company. Homeowners can have their situation reviewed and receive an analysis of potential options. The agreement, records, timing, location and applicable requirements all matter.

Solar loan and payment concerns

Compare your signed loan terms with the quote, payment schedule and lender statements. A disagreement with the installer does not automatically change a separate loan obligation.

Understand solar loan problems

Lease, PPA and transfer questions

Cancellation, buyout, escalation and home-sale terms depend on the agreement. PACE assessments have a different structure and may affect property-tax and transfer questions.

Review lease and PPA concerns
Independent consumer guidance: The CFPB’s solar financing report discusses concerns about loan costs and sales representations. The FTC’s solar consumer guidance encourages homeowners to examine payment schedules, warranties and cancellation policies. These agencies do not endorse Solar EXIT IQ.

COMMON HOMEOWNER QUESTIONS

Solar contract analyzer FAQs

Can this analyzer tell me how to get out of a solar contract?

It can organize the issues you report and suggest documents to gather. It cannot determine whether you are entitled to cancellation. For more context, explore our solar contract exit options. A review of your agreement and circumstances is needed before assessing potential routes.

What does my Solar EXIT Score™ mean?

The 0–100 score uses the existing analyzer’s internal weighted checklist of agreement details, reported problems and review information. It is not a validated measure of legal merit, a credit score or a cancellation probability. A higher number reflects more weighted checklist factors, not a guaranteed outcome. Missing or incorrect answers can change the score.

What is my Solar EXIT Path™?

Your path consists of suggested document-review topics, such as financing, sales representations or installation. Topics are generated from your answers rather than a review of uploaded contracts. They do not establish eligibility, determine fault or replace professional advice.

Is the guide free, and do I have to agree to follow-up?

The score and guide have no fee. Complete the analyzer and provide your name, email, phone and state to unlock them. Follow-up calls or emails and promotional emails are separate optional choices, unchecked by default. No purchase or appointment is required. The initial document review has no fee; any proposed further service and its fees would be discussed separately.

Do all solar contracts have a three-day cancellation period?

No. Certain transactions may qualify for the FTC’s Cooling-Off Rule, which has exceptions. Contract terms and state rules can also matter. Do not assume that every solar agreement has the same deadline. Review our solar contract cancellation guide, and seek qualified help promptly if timing is uncertain.

Should I stop making solar payments while I seek help?

This analyzer and guide do not change payment obligations or suspend collection. Missed payments may lead to fees, credit reporting or other consequences under the agreement. An installer dispute does not automatically stop a loan or PACE obligation. Seek appropriately qualified advice before changing payment arrangements.

What records should I gather for a solar contract review?

Start with the signed installation and financing agreements, sales proposal, payment statements, utility bills and dated company communications. Add service records and photographs where relevant. Keep originals and make a timeline. Do not enter Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords or payment-card details into this form.

Is Solar EXIT IQ a law firm or a government agency?

No. Solar EXIT IQ is a solar contract review and resolution company operated by Elohim Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company. It is not a law firm or government agency and does not provide legal advice or guarantee cancellation, refunds, savings, lien release or legal outcomes. Services, availability and potential options vary by location and situation.

What happens after I download the guide?

Use the guide and your review topics to prepare your records. You can then choose to book a 30-minute Solar EXIT Review. Completing the analyzer does not accept your matter, authorize contact with your installer or lender, or enroll you in a paid service. Any further service would require a separate agreement.
